No, this is only taken in the event of a no-show on the day or if you do not provide the venue with at least 48hrs notice of a cancellation.

You can now book up to 10 people on Open Table. Please note that for all dining bookings of 8+ people, your group may be split onto separate tables. We cannot guarantee that you will all be on the same table.

Yes, We have multiple vegan dishes option.

We have a 15 minute grace period for all dining reservations – your table may not be available if you show up after this time. If you are running late, this will be deducted from the 2 hours you have on the table. Please contact us via Open Table direct messaging if you are running late.

Yes, children are permitted and we have a kids menu available. All children under the age of 13, must be off the premises by 7pm. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Please contact us with the date you lost your item along with as much detail as possible and someone will be in touch shortly. Please note: lost property items are held in the venue for one month, from logged date that the item was lost.

The last orders in the kitchen are at 9:20pm. The last orders for the bar are subject to change depending on the day of your visit.

You have up until 48 hours prior to your booking to cancel on Open Table. All cancellations must be sent on the direct messaging feature on Open Table.

Café en Seine are strictly over 23’s after 8pm. The latest booking we can take for anyone who is under 23 is at 6pm. ID required and will be checked on the door. Bookings do not guarantee entry and the right of admission is reserved. (R.O.A.R)

more, there is a 12.5% service charge applicable

No, but you are welcome to walk-in on the day for drinks and be seated should there be a suitable table available.

Yes, of course! You’re more than welcome to stay on for drinks after your meal. No reservation is needed for drinks, so you can relax and enjoy the bar once you’ve finished dining.

Yes, absolutely! You’re always welcome to arrive early for drinks. No reservation is needed if you’re just joining us for a drink, so feel free to come by before your table booking and enjoy cocktails at the bar.

For all bookings of 7 people or more who have paid a deposit, we require at least 7 days notice if you wish to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund for the deposit paid. If you cancel your booking within the 7 days notice period, a credit note will be issued to you, valid for up to 1 year from the reservation date. This includes if you cancel your booking due to Covid-19
