Our menu revolves around great ingredients, whether it be our grass-fed, dry aged Irish beef from Wild Atlantic Foods, John Stone and McLoughlin’s butchers, sustainable seafood from around the Irish coast and surrounding seas or the bread we serve, freshly baked every morning by Michael Roth and his team.
