Our 50-seater restaurant at Café en Seine takes centre stage at the very front of our building and we’re committed to delivering an excellent experience for each and every one of our customers. Our head chef Stephen Gibson and his team, have brought a new dining experience to Dublin and have created a menu that reflects the ever changing tastes of Irish palates. Think simple, fun dishes, bursting with seasonal flavours, that are great to share while still delivering a high-end food experience in a casual dining atmosphere.
We use local Irish suppliers who are second to none in their approach to delivering the best sustainable ingredients for our chefs to work with and our guests to enjoy. The menu revolves around great ingredients, whether it be our grass-fed, dry aged Irish beef from Wild Atlantic Foods, John stone and McLoughlin’s butchers, sustainable seafood from around the Irish coast and surrounding seas, or the bread we serve, freshly baked every morning by Michael Roth and his team. This means we are able to create food that is honest, ethical and most importantly, delicious.
